Your books stay yours.
Sales figures, salaries and customer lists are private. Here is what Kwikri does to keep them that way, and what you can switch on.
Two-step sign-in
After your password, Kwikri asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy and others) or sent to your email. Ten backup codes cover a lost phone.
Compulsory for your staff
An Admin can require two-step sign-in for everyone in the business. Anyone without it is asked to set it up before they can work.
Trusted devices
Tick “don’t ask again” on the shop computer for 30 days. Sign out every trusted device at once from My account.
Confirmed email addresses
New accounts confirm their email before they start, so password resets and sign-in codes reach the right person.
Roles
Admin, Accountant, Sales, Storekeeper and Cashier. Each sees and changes only what the role allows, and the server checks every request.
Activity log
See who signed in, and who created, changed or deleted what, and when.
Passwords and sign-in
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as text. Repeated wrong passwords from one connection are blocked for 15 minutes.
Your data, your copy
Download a full copy of your records at any time. Online document links are long random addresses that only the people you email can open.
Your part
- Turn on two-step sign-in in My account, and require it for staff in Users.
- Give each person their own login. Don’t share the Admin password.
- Remove users who leave, the same day they leave.
- Read our privacy policy to see what we store and why.
Write your next receipt in Kwikri.
Setting up takes about five minutes. Free for 14 days, no card needed.
