Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, the same kind supermarkets use, and any 80 mm thermal receipt printer installed on the computer. There is nothing to set up inside Kwikri. On an Android phone you can also scan with the camera.
You can record the eTIMS invoice number on each invoice so it prints on the document, and Kwikri prints TAX INVOICE with your KRA PIN when you are VAT registered. Sending invoices to KRA directly is not built in yet.
