About invoicing
Can my invoice numbers continue from my old receipt book?
Yes. Set the starting number and prefix for each document type, for example invoices from 000879, and Kwikri carries on from there.
How do customers receive the invoice?
Send it from Kwikri by email. The customer gets a short message with a button to view the invoice online, print it or save it as a PDF. You can also share it on WhatsApp or print it.
Can I see if the customer opened the invoice?
Yes. Each document shows when it was emailed and when the customer viewed it online.
Does Kwikri print TAX INVOICE and my KRA PIN?
Yes. Mark your business as VAT registered and invoices print as TAX INVOICE with your KRA PIN and 16% VAT. You can add the eTIMS invoice number to each invoice.
Can I send reminders for unpaid invoices?
Yes. Turn on automatic reminders and Kwikri emails customers a polite reminder after the due date, using wording you can change.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes. Each business has its own logo, colours, numbering, bank and M-Pesa details. Switch between them from the menu.
